The Vacuum Tray Dryer is a precision-engineered drying system designed for efficient and uniform drying of heat-sensitive pharmaceutical materials under controlled vacuum conditions. By operating at reduced pressure, the system enables moisture removal at lower temperatures, thereby preserving product stability, potency, and quality.
Designed with a maximum operating temperature , the unit ensures optimal drying performance while maintaining strict process control.
Construction & Testing Standards
- Dryer shelves are hydro-tested at 5 kg/cm² in assembled condition to ensure structural integrity and operational safety.
- The vacuum chamber is leak-tested under full vacuum conditions to guarantee airtight performance and process reliability.
- Chamber insulation provided, including door for improved thermal efficiency.
- Skirting / wall panel provided along the body and chamber flange for hygienic and clean-room compatibility.
Solvent Recovery System
The system is equipped with a Shell & Tube Condenser and Receiver fabricated in SS 316/304, enabling efficient solvent recovery and improved process economy during drying operations.
